Pizza Cookie

Here's the recipe I promised when I had my last class....it's a Pizza Cookie and it's seriously yummy! The kids love it and so does everyone else....you can use any toppings you like as well.  I've been making this for years, I originally found the recipe in the Company's Coming cookbooks when they first came out.  Give it a try, I'm sure it will be a favourite with your family too!
