Some Ruffling. . .

Part of the Halloween costumes included pettiskirts-- nylon chiffon pettiskirts. Five of them. Which means cutting, sewing and ruffling 300 yards of ruffles, and 150 yards of tiers.But it was really fun, albeit slightly tedious.        And the end results. . . priceless!     Fabulous tutorial located here on Make It and Love It.
