The boots-- they totally finish the outfit, don't you think?  And really, it is not too hard to make your own.Materials needed:Pair of ballet flats that fit your little Musketeer3 yards of gold shoes laces trimsatin scraps to match (optional)scraps of Peltex extra stiff interfacing (you will need a yard for the hat-- scraps from that work just fine)a pair of old knee high socksapproximately 30
