Pattern Review- The Sweet Little Dress and GIVEAWAY!

If any of you have been hanging around here for very long, you will know this dress.  It is one of my all time faves!I am not sure I could count the number of times I have actually used my pattern-- I've had to re-print it many, many times.I just whipped a few up for my brand new twin neices yesterday and how fun!  To make a baby size, it doesn't take that much fabric.   Scraps-- HELLO!  And so
