De-Stash Fabric Swap?

So-- I was thinking, for those of us that are on a 'Fabric Diet', so to speak, if we did a fabric swap, it wouldn't really be cheating. . . but we would still get to go fabric shopping. . . and we could get rid of some of the fabric we probably won't use. . . and exchange it for some we will!
